A quick and easy guide for taking great photos of your trailer! Great pics will help you get more rentals, myTrailer listings supports up to 10 pictures.
-
- Clean the trailer: Clean the trailer both inside and out. Remove any debris or clutter from the interior, and wash the exterior to ensure it looks its best in the photos.
-
- Find a suitable location: Look for a location with good lighting and a neutral or complementary background that won’t detract from the trailer, if you have a large driveway with a neutral background that’s a great start.
-
- Take exterior photos: Take several photos of the trailer’s exterior from different angles, including front and rear angles and side views. Capture the trailer’s entire profile in each photo and try to avoid any obstructions that could detract from the trailer’s appearance. Unhooking the trailer before you take photos is ideal!
-
- Take interior photos: Take photos of the trailer’s interior and any special features. Try to capture the interior in as much detail as possible, and make sure the photos are well-lit.
-
- Take detailed photos: Take close-up photos of any unique or special features of the trailer, such as a winch, cabinets, E-tracks or whatever useful feature your trailer has. These photos can help highlight the trailer’s unique features.
-
- After taking the photos upload them to your listing on myTrailer.
- Sample images: Notice the clear images all around the trailer and finishing up with extras like a spare tire that comes with the trailer.
